A few weeks ago my water heater had issues. Called Custom Climate and they came out the same day. I really thought I was going to have to buy a new water heater. Tom, did an amazing job walking me through what the issue was with the water heater and was pleasantly surprised with the repair cost. He did such an amazing job that when my air conditioner stopped working, I called them again. I genuinely appreciate their quick response and service that they provide. Highly recommend! Tom, and everyone at Custom Climate Comfort have been wonderful to work with. I was referred to Tom by my previous HVAC guy and I’m so glad we went with them. They have been doing our maintenance for a while now, and it finally came time to replace the AC unit. They have always been honest with us about the process, and what’s next. We had intermittent heating problems the Monday into Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Although Tom had a full plate of service calls and other in process installs, he squeezed us in on Monday. Even returning the next morning to ensure everything was working properly. Jodi answered our calls in a more than timely manner. The repair was reasonably priced and we now have a dependable HVAC contractor.

My AC went down and and I read a few reviews on different heating Co. so I picked one, Tom the owner of Custom climate come out the next day and repaired the problem, he said he had a little time between jobs and he would fit us in, you just do not find people like that any more, I would highly recommend him for any of your heating or AC work.

Tom came out for a second opinion after another company came to tune up my AC unit. Tom was incredibly professional and thorough. I was recommended to Tom by my older sister who had him service her furnace. I first called the main line and spoke with Jodie who was very kind and courteous. She relayed my messages to Tom and minutes later I received a call. Tom was very prompt and responsive. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and give me the best and worst case scenarios therefore I could prepare financially . He was efficient, through, and reasonably priced.
